A great hands-on volunteer opportunity! Every Wednesday from 6 – 10 pm we hold our Bike Clinic, where we refurbish bikes for our Bikes 4 All program and Earn-A-Bike activities. You know we strongly believe in bike access for all, so we give away up to 50-80 bicycles per quarter. Led by Program Manager and lead mechanic Taye McGee, the Bike Clinic is one of the ways we keep up with the high need for quality, refurbished bikes.
Come join the Rich City Rides staff and volunteers! We gather at our bike shop, 1500 Macdonald Avenue in Richmond, California USA every Wednesday from 6 pm – 10 pm. Help us refurbish bicycles that have been donated by the wonderful residents of Richmond, California, and you’ll learn stuff, we promise you. All skill levels welcomed! Tools will be provided but you may also feel free to bring your own!
